These terms govern your use of Valanchal, the website and app run by Mr Valentine U. Izueke. By using Valanchal, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Valanchal is the home of the owner's books and courses, and a growing community and marketplace platform. In this phase, you can browse and buy digital books, read news, and contact us. Community posting, seller tools, and live video open in later phases.

Checkout for books currently happens on Gumroad, a third-party payment platform. Your purchase is completed there, and Gumroad delivers your book to your email. Valanchal does not process or store your payment details.

You are responsible for keeping your account password private and for everything done under your account. You must provide a valid email address and keep your details up to date.

You agree not to misuse Valanchal: no unlawful content, no attempts to break or disrupt the service, no impersonation of others, and no infringement of anyone's rights. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

The books, courses, text, images, and design on Valanchal belong to Mr Valentine U. Izueke or their respective owners. You may read and enjoy purchased books for personal use, but you may not copy, resell, or redistribute them without written permission.

When the Valanchal marketplace opens, separate seller terms will cover listings, fees, payouts, and seller responsibilities. Nothing in these terms authorizes selling on Valanchal until then.

Valanchal is provided "as is". To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the service. Books and courses are for education and personal growth — they are not professional, medical, legal, or financial advice.

We may update these terms as Valanchal grows. The newest version will always be posted on this page, and continued use of the service means you accept the updated terms.
